Dulls Christmas Tree Farm is located in Indiana 40 miles northwest of Indianapolis.

Get cozy by a real wood burning fireplace in the Stone Cabin Inn.  The inn may be rented as a bed and breakfast or for special events for groups up to 30 persons.  Bed and Breakfast rates are listed below. Please contact us by email or telephone for other rental rates and availability.

The bedroom area, located in the loft of the cabin, is furnished with a queen bed, full bed and daybed with trundle.  The open concept of the loft is perfect for just a couple, group of friends or a family.  

The Inn features one of the most unique showering facilities you will find anywhere.  Picture yourself standing under a clear mountain stream as it tumbles down and cascades over the rocks becoming a waterfall - but with hot water!  Pictures don't do it justice, so we'll leave it to your imagination until you can experience it for yourself.

No bed and breakfast would be complete without a warm home cooked breakfast.  Featuring an egg entree, homemade breads, fruit and beverages your breakfast will be ready whenever you are.  Pre-prepared in the cabin kitchen you can serve yourself this hearty breakfast whenever you are ready to eat in our dining area.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit less $20 will be refunded if canceled more than 14 days prior to
the reservation.Cancellations less than 14 days prior to the reservation
will be charged the depositIf you do not cancel or do not show up,
the deposit will be forfeited.

Open

    Year-round except during the Christmas Tree selling season. 
        The Inn will be closed from the week before Thanksgiving through
the first week in January as we are a working Christmas tree farm.
